About the Role

City Facilities Management is a leading provider of facilities management services, committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our technical team in delivering high-quality facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the technical team to ensure the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, identifying and addressing compliance incidents, and conducting regular site audits.
  2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Work closely with the technical team and wider City business to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Ensure the team meets all legislative, regulatory, and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
  5. Liaise with contractors, provide support, and assist in handover and signoff of works, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  6. Maintain availability 24/7 to provide telephone support and attend critical situations as required.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience working in retail maintenance, with a strong background in facilities management.
  2. Trade qualification or similar, with technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, heating, cooling, and plumbing.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organisational, and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Available on call, and to attend critical incidents after hours, with a current Driver's licence.
