Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent facilities management and workplace engagement activities planning, advice, and support.
  • Conduct facilities management operations audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide office and facility tours for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage vendors effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly service delivery.
  • Process vendor invoices and update the invoice tracker to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Respond to emergency situations, prepare incident reports, and upload them to both JLL and client systems.
  • Assist with event setup and coordination as needed.
  • Liaise with the landlord on premises-related matters.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in finance, hospitality, property management, or facilities management.
