- $57k base + Super + Commission

  • Blended work arrangement 2 days WFH and 3 days Office

About the Role


You will engage with customers who are reconsidering their Foxtel service and remind them of all the amazing products and content they'll be missing out on if they cancel their service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Retain and reengage Foxtel customers.
  • Drive yourself to achieve daily performance targets.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Sport, Drama, Lifestyle and Movies content by watching television and occasionally attending live events.
  • Solve problems and deliver the bestinclass customer experience.

We are Looking for the Following Capabilities:

  • A passion and aptitude for sales
  • Proven ability to achieve daily performance activity and sales targets.
  • An agile mindset that can work through tough situations.
  • Ability to communicate your ideas effectively and passionately.
  • Computer knowledge: you're fantastic with navigating multiple systems and can multitask at pace.
  • A passion for entertainment
  • Sport, Drama, Lifestyle or Movies
