About the role:


This position is responsible for supporting the Amenity & Compliance branch in the administration of infringement management, animal registration, processing of various permit types and the provision of customer service.

The branch includes the parking, animal management and local laws functions of Council.

Skills and experience require to perform the role:

  • Significant experience in Justice Administration, Public Administration, Law Enforcement, Customer Service or related field.
  • Experience in a highvolume administration and customer service environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
