Corporate Sales Leader - Australia

Overview Of Position

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to join our team in Australia. You'll be in charge of guiding a team of account directors, hitting sales goals, and boosting revenue. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a drive for results.

This role involves managing people and reports to the A/NZ VP and Managing Director. Located in Australia, you'll need to live near Sydney or Melbourne CBD for meetings.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team to meet targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for growth.
  • Monitor sales metrics for improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams for aligned strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships for satisfaction.
  • Offer feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Occasional interstate travel.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven success in sales leadership.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of technology industry and customer needs.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
