The hunt is on for a Senior Partner Sales Manager to steer Elastic's business with key Cloud Partners AWS, Google, and Microsoft along with Global System Integrators (GSIs). As Elastic focuses on cloud adoption for growth, this role is pivotal in driving revenue across Australia and New Zealand by collaborating effectively with various stakeholders such as sales, alliances, marketing, legal, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Relationships: Cultivate trust and influence with senior leadership of Cloud Partners and GSIs, crafting joint strategies to boost co-sell revenue in the ANZ region.
  • Sales Management: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to execute joint sales plays and industry solutions for specific market segments.
  • Market Development: Develop business models and messaging with GSIs and Cloud Partners to drive new opportunities in the market.
  • Business Cadence: Manage ANZ pipeline and revenue growth aligned with GSI & Cloud Partners' strategies.
  • Strategy: Shape Elastic's Cloud and Partner Strategy while implementing plans in the ANZ region.
  • Alliances: Drive execution with local ecosystem resources, fostering partnerships with SIs, VARs, MSPs, Distributors, and Technology Partners.
  • Communication: Ensure seamless internal & external communication to coordinate functions, resolve conflicts, and advocate joint value propositions.
  • Educate: Educate partners' staff on Elastic's value proposition and technology's role in their GTM strategy.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Partner Sales or Management.
  • Strong network within SaaS and open-source technology landscapes.
  • Executive presence and proven track record in driving revenue through GSIs and Cloud Partners.
  • Operational Excellence and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a global matrixed organization.
