They are seeking an enthusiastic

Sales Enablement Partner Manager to join a global shared services team, to impact performance of their partner vendor Sales Representatives

What you'll be doing:

  • Ongoing development of structures and frameworks to ensure quality assurance of partner sales consultants, supporting end users.
  • Delivering "Calibration Sessions" with Team Leaders & Quality Assessors on facilitation of training & monitoring of their sales teams KPIs (quality, quantity, focus)
  • Delivering business reviews to the senior leadership team (monthly) with recommendations and actions
  • Your impact and success measures will be across;
  • QA & Reporting
  • Performance Improvement
  • Learner Experience


Partner Sales teams are based in Portugal, Philippines & Malaysia and requires your flexibility of working hours to accommodate time zones.

(No OS travel is required)

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing programs preferably in a Learning & Development environment
  • Prior experience in sales training and content delivery
  • Experience with quality assurance and monitoring KPIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with working in a global environment
  • A mindset that aligns with an agile, fastpaced culture
