Academic Affairs is comprised of an executive leadership team, 12 Schools, and supporting professional staff.

It operates to ensure the University achieves its strategic dedication to excellence in teaching, learning and research, and builds a suite of quality academic programs.


To support the strategic commitments of Academic Affairs in 2024, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join the Curriculum Quality Management (CQM) team within Academic Program Support (APS) until 31 December 202- Please note, appointment will be made to the title of Coordinating Academic Program Support Officer.

- a proven understanding of academic policies and procedures and a familiarity with program requirements
- an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, academic staff and internal stakeholders within Academic Affairs and the University.

What you'll do
Reporting to the Senior Coordinating Academic Program Support Officer, you will provide a high level of coordination and oversight to our staff and processes in the CQM Team with specific focus on internal accreditation and an understanding of external accreditation and timetabling by:

  • coordinating and managing internal and external accreditation timelines and deadlines
- supporting the ongoing implementation of a new curriculum management system
- overseeing and supporting the implementation of new team structures, expectations, and responsibilities
- providing specialist professional support and complex advice on course and program information
- maintaining Academic Affairs information relevant to accreditation and delivery of academic programs and courses.

Your success in this role will primarily be underpinned by your dedication to providing quality client service and working collaboratively with our students and academic staff to achieve success.

You will be a proficient administrator, capable of multi-tasking and prioritising your work to complete tasks in a timely manner.
