  • Clearly communicating goals, milestones, and benchmarks to team members to ensure that all team members are working towards a shared objective.
  • Organising, facilitating and taking notes in meetings involving the artists and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up on meeting action items with relevant parties.
  • Improving and iterating on existing pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce workload.
  • Identifying blockers and potential delays ahead of time and then working with the Head of Production to circumvent them and ensure a timely delivery of production.
  • Organising completed assets for easy retrieval in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, production, or a related field.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Experience in producing video and/or graphic content in a marketing context.
  • Good understanding of the 3D animation pipeline
  • Have a keen, strategic and analytical mind that is able to break down problems and solve them efficiently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An understanding or experience with the arts, animation, gaming, and/or 'internet nerd' culture.
  • Be extremely organised and have a strong work ethic.
  • Engaging personality and willingness to learn.
  • Positive, gogetter attitude with a passion for making things.
  • Conflict management skills and knowledge of mediation techniques.

Additional skills (optional):

  • Graphic design/illustration.
  • Animation
  • Video editing.
  • Experience with Adobe suite or similar editing/creative software.
  • Experience in Unreal Engine and/or Maya.
  • Web design.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and superannuation, with biannual salary reviews.
  • Compensated attendance at fan conventions and monthly company events.
  • A flexible environment with opportunities for remote work.
  • A chance to shape the growth of a swiftly growing company.
  • A fun office space located in the heart of Parramatta CBD.
  • Paid for gym memberships.
  • Regular company breakfasts/lunches.
  • A diverse team that values independent input and career development.
