About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Bravura Solutions. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product marketing strategy in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing and product messages.
    • Manage marketing budget and resources to achieve business targets.
  • Product Marketing
    • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and events that drive product sales and revenue growth.
    • Develop and deliver thought leadership content that supports our corporate, sales, and product efforts.
    • Commercialize new product initiatives and create targeted go-to-market product campaigns.
  • Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute superfund and advisor campaigns that align with business goals and brand values.
    • Experience creating campaigns that leverage the full marketing mix to drive product sales initiatives.
  • Public Relations
    • Work with our global PR manager to manage and optimize our APAC PR firm.
    • Identify and articulate news stories for media consumption.
    • Identify and manage thought leadership and profiling opportunities for key spokespeople.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills
    • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage people and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Marketing Expertise
    • Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels and strategies that maximize visibility and effectiveness of messaging.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Strong stakeholder management abilities, including working in a matrix-style organization.
  • Communication Skills
    • Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Preferred qualifications and experience include:
    • Experiences senior marketing communications professional with 10+ years in a regional capacity.
    • Bachelor's degree qualification in business/marketing/communications or equivalent.
    • Experienced in working within enterprise technology/software B2B organization, preferably experience in wealth management or financial services.
