We are currently seeking a dynamic leader based out of
Adelaide City for the position of
Facility Coordinator.
 Reporting to a National Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

The Position:

  • Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and customers
  • Providing leadership to your team to achieve business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value
  • Managing the delivery of the Emergency, Environmental and Work Health and Safety requirements of the University Campus facilities and its hospitality & corporate offices and its licenced area.
  • Managing staff and trade suppliers to ensure the operational delivery requirements of services including Reactive and Preventative Management, Building Maintenance, and Cleaning Services are met within budget and quality parameters
  • Reviewing Policy and Procedures as they pertain to the management of the site
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports on a strict timeline

The Person:

  • Proven operational experience in Site Management (including soft and/or hard property coordination and/or university property management)
  • A handson and proactive approach to the management with strong project management skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience and having excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills including report, competencies, computer literacy and the ability to maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment
