You are an individual who can work autonomously, takes initiative and possesses excellent communication skills to deliver set tasks with a sense of urgency. You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage administrative tasks, with a good understanding of Microsoft office programs, in particular excel.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Facilities Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Manage the FM services through our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier including safety and compliance to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business and our customers.
- Follow up quality of services delivered by the IFM supplier through close working relationships.
- Coordinate and execute internal FM related audits and annual reviews.
- Support FM budgeting activities and the annual business plan in the unit. Attend weekly meetings to discuss operation issues and contribute to solutions.
- Assist in controlling costs working in a cost-conscious way. Follow-up on permits, licences, certificates and reporting measures in order to stay compliant with local and national legislation, internal rules and requirements regarding the FM scope within Ingka.
- Participate in projects within FM related services as required.
