Join us as the Procurement Director - Sourcing & Execution for our cutting-edge projects in APJ. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll collaborate with key business functions to drive sourcing & execution strategies for our data centers. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Create and implement tailored sourcing strategies for diverse markets, ensuring timely delivery of our state-of-the-art data centers
  • Enhance operational efficiency with a focus on safety, quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
  • Foster strategic partnerships and supplier relationships to solidify our position as a preferred partner in the industry
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and build high-performing teams
  • Develop robust procurement programs for a reliable supply chain
  • Monitor market conditions and drive continuous improvements in procurement processes
  • Lead innovation initiatives within the procurement function
  • Align procurement goals with business objectives and evaluate performance metrics
  • Present business cases for approvals and create user-friendly reports for stakeholders
  • Implement streamlined processes, uphold procurement policies, and establish strategic partnerships
  • Manage procurement programs and collaborate with the supply chain team for end-to-end value
  • Oversee procurement schedules, develop tender packages, and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Identify new vendors, assist in cost planning, and support vendor prequalification processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, oversee vendor performance reviews, and establish performance metrics
  • Travel to project sites and vendor facilities as required
Qualifications
  • Experience in construction procurement and tendering frameworks with contract negotiation skills
  • Strategic sourcing experience for data center projects
  • Commercial expertise in complex contract delivery
  • Knowledge of procurement models and excellent communication skills
  • Strong team and time management skills, proactive and resilient attitude
