About the Position


Team Stirling is seeking an experienced and safety conscious Bin Maintenance & Supply Officer to join our Waste Services Business Unit.


As a
Bin Maintenance and Supply Officer,** you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient waste management and the smooth supply of essential resources.

This role is a fixed term positon till July 2025.

Key Responsibilities
The duties of the Bin Maintenance & Supply Officer will include but are not limited to:

Bin Maintenance:

  • Regular inspection and repair of waste bins across designated areas.
  • Coordinate with waste collection teams to ensure timely servicing and replacement of damaged bins.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to extend bin lifespan.

Supply Management:

  • Monitor stock levels of essential supplies (such as bin liners, recycling bags, etc.).
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an adequate inventory.
  • Distribute supplies to various departments and facilities.

About You

  • Previous experience in waste management or supply chain preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
