**Our Team**

Our Facilities, Projects and Assets team provide high-quality facilities for the City through operational asset management, planned and reactive facilities maintenance and construction and project management of new facilities to meet future needs. We are looking to engage a Facility Works Officer to join the team on a permanent full-time basis with responsibility for actively maintaining the City’s facilities.

**The Role**

This position project manages Facility works projects and ensures that planned and reactive maintenance work is undertaken in a cost effective and timely manner. This includes the assessment, allocation and supervision of work undertaken by employees and contractors, ensuring the safety of others, the public and yourself always.

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in the building maintenance industry, ideally in public community facilities. The role requires having the ability to recommend innovative solutions to building maintenance problems. and experience working in a professional office environment and communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders is essential.

This permanent, full-time position is a Level 6 Inside Workforce Agreement position attracts a salary range of $79,093 - $83,255.78 per annum plus superannuation and fantastic benefits such as:
