About the role

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will:

  • Liaising with Vendors, Distributors and suppliers on pricing requests, shipment dates, order ETAs.
  • Assisting in administration and Sales Operations Process Tasks including Order Processing, Procurement/ Order tracking, invoicing prep, performing quality control tasks /checklists.
  • Following NetStrategy internal sales process and general CRM, Mailbox housekeeping tasks and record keeping.
  • Liaising with Internal teams e.g. Technical Team and Account Managers ,Project and accounts team
  • Updating stakeholders on order ETA and Backorder timelines
  • Weekly reporting on customer orders and the renewal status
  • Maintaining and following up on customer orders/requests to achieve timely outcomes for customers
  • Other operational administrative duties as required

Beneficial Experience:

  • 2+ year ICT Industry experience in a Pre-Sales capacity or similar role
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Connectwise Sell
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote
