Key Responsibilities:
Leadership &

Sales Strategy:

  • Lead morning meetings with team leaders and managers to analyze challenges and performance metrics, implementing growth strategies.

Training & Development:

Growth & Recruitment:

  • Support HR in recruiting new Independent Business Owners and expanding the network.

Expense Management & Compliance:

  • Monitor personal expenses and manage compliance with sales invoices and accurate records.

Customer Relations & Complaints Management:

  • Resolve customer complaints regarding product returns and internal sales issues.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across internal teams to resolve challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in a high-paced sales environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong motivational, communication, and training skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure situations
