**About the role**
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will:
- Liaising with Vendors, Distributors and suppliers on pricing requests, shipment dates, order ETAs.
- Assisting in administration and Sales Operations Process Tasks including Order Processing, Procurement/ Order tracking, invoicing prep, performing quality control tasks /checklists..
- Following NetStrategy internal sales process and general CRM, Mailbox housekeeping tasks and record keeping.
- Liaising with Internal teams e.g. Technical Team and Account Managers ,Project and accounts team
- Updating stakeholders on order ETA and Backorder timelines
- Weekly reporting on customer orders and the renewal status
- Maintaining and following up on customer orders/requests to achieve timely outcomes for customers
- Other operational administrative duties as required

**Beneficial Experience**:
- 2+ year ICT Industry experience in a Pre-Sales capacity or similar role
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Connectwise Sell
- Experience with SharePoint
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote
