About the Team

About the Role
As the Sales Support Administrator, reporting to the Sales Director, you will:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer services and professionalism while maintaining in-house accounts and follow up with customers
  • Responsible for inside sales, customer service, and communication
  • Self train and partake in scheduled IT product training to better your knowledge
  • Liaise with management team members, Account Executives, Sales Executives, Sales Operations, Product team members and other constituents across our business to ensure accurate reporting in our CRM
  • Be responsible for general customer follow up as well as following up/closing opportunities
  • Liaise with Vendors/Suppliers to obtain pricing for opportunities
  • Assist Sales team with all reporting, quoting and organizational needs to ensure they can perform their job duties to the best of their abilities

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in sales or sales support/administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability and responsiveness
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high energy, fastpaced environment
  • An ability to establish rapport, maintain, and build relationships with team members, vendors/suppliers and some.
  • Basic IT knowledge, ability to learn and grow knowledge both in Sales and product knowledge
  • Experience or familiarity with Connectwise, Connectwise Sell and HubSpot would be an advantage.
