About the Role:


Given the multi-faceted nature of our venue, the role requires an outstanding Manager who can work collaboratively with our Licensee to grow and oversee our daily operations.


Leadership:

As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting an environment where staff strive for excellence.


Venue Operations:

you will oversee and drive the day to day operations of the venue including the running of functions and events.


Customer service:
Providing exceptional customer experience to ensure our customers keep coming back.

Compliance:

Upholding all venue regulations and laws and ensuring all team members are well versed on all NSW liquor and gaming laws.


Skills and Experiences:

To be considered for the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, ideally working across fast paced and successful Food, Bars and Gaming operations
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to lead, develop and manage a multiskilled team
  • Operational experience to effectively assist the Licensee to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations being executed in line with Company goals
  • Must hold current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications
