About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Operations Manager to join our team at West HQ. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness facilities, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our fitness facilities, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our fitness team to achieve high performance and professional development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and support, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and create a culture of excellence within our fitness facilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze reports and deliver club statistical information to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the health and fitness industry.
  • Qualifications: Cert III in Fitness and a current Provide First Aid Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong time management skills, and problem-solving abilities.
