  • Manage and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
  • Assist the kitchen team in maintaining quality, standards, and cleanliness required
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operation and high-quality food production
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant
