This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer requests for Stryker's demo products
  • Liaising with our sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure we can deliver and receive products back ontime
  • The physical management of Stryker's demo inventory, conducting cycle counts and ensuring inventory integrity
  • Proactively driving continuous improvement and change with a broader business perspective
  • Driving performance metrics within the Demo team and filling in for the team lead where needed
