Based in Eagle Farm, this is a 12-month maternity leave contract role. The

Project Administrator is dedicated to the coordination of all support activities for the Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Program and Project Manager's
  • Recording minutes of Contract Progress and Performance Reviews
  • Preparing and distributing report
  • Managing correspondence for the program
  • Providing a seamless interface between project managers, project teams and functional groups
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of complex tasks that require judgement, experience and knowledge, providing these services in an effective and efficient manner

Essential Skills:

  • A high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to research and record findings
  • Knowledge of OH&S requirements within the workplace.
  • Experience with the development of business reports
  • Ability to take an accurate transcript of formal meetings
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proactive attitude
