Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. You will also be responsible for organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, assisting project managers and support managers to coordinate delivery of services to meet customer needs, and documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist project managers and support managers to coordinate delivery of services to meet customer needs.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Manage stakeholder views towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a related field.
  • A results-oriented, customer-first attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions.
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate varying time zones.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites (including international regions).
  • A current driver's license is required.
