About the Role

The Human Resources Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employment documentation, and overseeing exit practices. This role will also provide support on key HR projects as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new staff members
  • Manage employment documentation, including contracts and performance evaluations
  • Oversee exit practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide support on key HR projects, as required
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in an Advisor-level role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including Modern Awards, National Employment Standards, and Fair Work Act
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with administrators, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to establish cooperative and positive working relationships, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
