About the Role

Are you meticulous and passionate about maintaining order and efficiency? Enerflex is on the lookout for a facilities administrator to ensure our operations run seamlessly.

In the role of Facilities Administrator at Enerflex, you will oversee the daily management of our facilities, which includes supervising maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols. Additionally, you will coordinate with external service providers and manage budgets related to facility operations.

Facilities Oversight: Directing the daily management of the organization's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security to guarantee a safe and efficient working environment. Administrative Support: Managing administrative functions such as overseeing office supplies, equipment, and furniture, coordinating office relocations, and ensuring that workspaces are organized and functional. Vendor Coordination: Liaising with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and other necessary services. Compliance with Health and Safety: Ensuring that facilities adhere to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any safety concerns. Budget Oversight: Administering the facilities budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving measures to enhance facility operations. Space Planning: Designing and optimizing office space layout to meet employee needs and foster a productive work environment. Emergency Preparedness: Formulating and executing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and ensuring employee training on emergency procedures. Sustainability Efforts: Promoting and implementing sustainable practices within the facilities, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in facilities management or a related area is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills & Experience

Facilities Management Knowledge: Familiarity with facilities maintenance, operations, and best practices to ensure optimal facility performance. Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
