Daily task:
- General reception and administrative responsibilities, including maintaining office tidiness and cleanliness
- Managing customer enquiries
- Update and maintain client database
- Provide first-hand assistance to the clients
- Submit sales order and invoicing
In this role, we need you to:
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising
- Responsible, and attention to details
- Good team player, and high ability to work independently
- Have good written and communication skills in English and Chinese
- Fluently in Cantonese.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Sales is a plus
Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
