About the Role

We are seeking a Clinic Administration Officer to join our Laverton North Clinic in Melbourne, VIC, working Monday to Friday. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands, reporting directly to the Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception and general administration duties
  • Processing medical bookings and results management
  • Administering health questionnaires and data inputting
  • Invoicing and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

  • Well-organised and skilled in administration, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous medical or clinical experience, or receptionist experience, with a desire to provide high-quality service to staff and clients
