Customer Value Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized health solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Individual Recommendations: Offer tailored health and wellbeing product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop Business Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, community groups, and local businesses to promote our brand and products.
- Assist Existing Members: Support our existing customers with their day-to-day transactions and ensure they understand the full value of their health insurance product.
- Identify and Address Concerns: Proactively identify and address any concerns or needs our customers may have, providing solutions and education on our products and services.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds their expectations.
