About the Role
Use your customer service skills to provide guests and clients with a personalized and memorable experience.
Duties
- Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, other departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout preevent, event and postevent phases of events.
- Ensures events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.
- Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client's needs.
- Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.
Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
- Experience working in events role required.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
