  • Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need
  • Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
  • Analysing & preparing budgets for your department
  • You will have a seat at the table Your opinion will be highly regarded
  • Managing and coordinating teams
- including managing the workflow and pipeline
  • Calendar management
  • Other duties as required
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of administration procedures and systems
  • Understand what is necessary for an Agency to elevate to the next level
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate Certification/License
  • Prior experience within the real estate industry (desired)
