Chief Growth Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive our growth and brand optimisation efforts at Dineamic Australia.
As the Head of Growth & Brand Optimisation, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the e-commerce and digital agenda to increase sales, meet KPIs, and manage the P&L across digital channels.
- Leading and inspiring a talented team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to elevate our brand and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- A strategic thinker with a passion for results and at least 7 years of experience building brands and driving growth for e-commerce/DTC businesses.
- Proven success in driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand performance.
- A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Leadership skills that inspire and empower, with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
