Head of Business Development and Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our business development strategy and drive growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expansion of Coles Group's business
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, including market research, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Leadership Team on business development opportunities and growth initiatives
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and suppliers
About You
We are looking for a seasoned business development professional with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have a deep understanding of the retail and consumer goods industries, as well as experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial modeling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and expansion in a retail or consumer goods company
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
