The role:


A full-time role working closely with experienced Property Managers and Office Managers - you will be coached and guided in all aspects of property management.

You will also own your own portfolio, of around 100 properties, where you will be upskilled and gain experience within the property management industry.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:

  • Portfolio based property management
  • Assist with conducting routine inspections and open for inspections (OFI's)
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing inspections
  • Liaise with owners and tenants
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears
