Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker CMF and ENT products to meet customer needs
- Support customers and become a product expert to provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
- Plan territory and track progress, proactively communicating findings with Regional Manager
- Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking
- Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products
- Maintain and manage inventory of products
Requirements
- Possession of a passion for sales, relationship building, and the healthcare/medical industry
- Previous sales experience required; ideally within the healthcare industry although not essential
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity
- Self-starter, someone who can work with autonomy and thrives on a challenge
- Highly organised and demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule and competing priorities
- Possession of a passion for learning and self-development
