Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve exceptional sales results and manage key customer relationships.
    • Work closely with sales teams, product experts, and marketing professionals to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and defence systems integrators to drive sales growth.
  • Product/Solution Support
    • Collaborate with global product and marketing experts to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for trauma-related products and clinical applications.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry experts to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.
    • Develop and execute clinical trials and solution evaluations to demonstrate the value of our products and solutions.
    • Establish long-term partnerships with industry bodies and associations to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Market Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare markets, including the nuances of state and New Zealand-based service delivery in trauma response and healthcare.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and standards to ensure our products and solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through partnerships with government and non-government organizations, including defence procurement and systems integrators.
  • Requirements
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in sales, business development, or a related field.
    • Tertiary qualifications in medicine, nursing, or science, or a related field.
    • Experience as a paramedic in a civilian or military capacity will be highly regarded.
    • Established relationships with government and private sector health organizations, with a strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare markets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
