Job Title: Associate Territory Manager

Stryker Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Territory Manager to join our Craniomaxillofacial and Ear Nose & Throat division in Sydney.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and team-focused individual to progress and grow their career with a leading global medical device company that offers countless development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker CMF and ENT products to meet our customers' needs
  • Support our customers and become a product expert to provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
  • Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager
  • Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking
  • Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products
  • Maintain and manage your inventory of products
Requirements:
  • A passion for sales, relationship building and the healthcare/medical industry
  • Previous sales experience required; ideally within the healthcare industry although not essential
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity
  • Self-starter, someone who can work with autonomy and thrives on a challenge
  • Highly organised and demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule and competing priorities
  • A passion for learning and self development
