We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Professional to fill multiple short and long term temporary positions in the South West of Sydney.


Depending on the position and client's requirements, your duties may include but are not limited to:

THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Efficient handling of highvolume incoming calls
  • Accurately logging calls
  • Manage and escalate calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Updating customer records
  • Data Entry
  • Impeccable communication skills

The successful applicant:

  • Has proven experience in customer service and call centre environments
  • Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times
  • Has excellent relationship and rapport building skills
  • Capable of working within tight time frames and managing own workutilising time management skills
  • Is confident, friendly and switched on
  • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
