About the role:

  • Partnering with our hiring managers to fill vacancies with quality new starters
  • Using innovative sourcing methods for critical roles and talent pooling for future business needs
  • Deliver endtoend recruitment, including take job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews, strict preemployment compliance requirements, issuing contracts and onboarding
  • Supporting project initiatives and the evolution of our recruitment strategy

About you:

You enjoy the buzz of a varied role and working with high volumes. Our industry is rewarding, no day is ever the same and this appeals to you too.

You will bring:

  • Experience working in internal recruitment with an ability to juggle high volumes
  • Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • A continuous improvement mindset and customerservice focus
  • Ability to influence positive recruitment outcomes and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within the Aged Care or Disability sectors is desirable but not essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or other relevant qualification
  • Willingness to obtain a national police clearance and relevant vaccinations (covid x 3 and annual flu vaccine)
