Position Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Strategist to work alongside a high-performing talent acquisition team, helping to shape and define PRC's recruitment strategies. This newly established part-time role presents a unique opportunity to influence PRC's future by aligning recruitment efforts with broader organizational objectives, participating in recruitment-focused initiatives, and taking a hands-on approach to the responsibilities at hand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Talent Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and operational management to create and execute innovative recruitment strategies that resonate with PRC's mission and growth aspirations.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Elevate PRC's brand presence by articulating why it is the preferred choice for top talent.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to assess workforce requirements and develop customized talent solutions.
  • Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy, ensuring the team mirrors the diverse community we serve.
  • Utilize Data Effectively: Transform data into actionable insights, leveraging metrics to refine the recruitment process and make informed decisions.
  • Encourage Innovation: Use your expertise to introduce fresh ideas and methodologies that will enhance PRC's talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications for Success:
