The role

Reporting to the National Business Manager – Grocery, the National Account Executive, Grocery will lead in managing day-to-day relationships with independent grocery partners and department stores (DDS) while supporting the broader APAC grocery team in handling the full channel portfolio.

Focused on continuous growth and expansion, your main focus will involve aiding in developing and executing the AU retail and wholesale sales business plan, ensuring it hits company revenue targets, and closely collaborating with the NBN for effective forecasting and planning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned retailers, understanding their objectives, market situations, challenges, competition, and potential unique opportunities.
  • Liaise with Finance and Category teams to analyze sell-through and wholesale data from retailers, recognizing trends, identifying top-selling items, and offering insightful commentary on monthly actuals vs forecast.
  • Partner with retailers to meet sales and revenue targets while fostering consumption growth
  • Regularly meet with Retailers to devise and execute precise sales and business strategies
  • Track retailers' wholesale sales, stock levels, and activities to maximize sales and brand image
  • Create annual joint business plans, ensuring alignment internally and with retailers
  • Contribute to forecasts and consumption patterns in line with the Fiscal Year calendar
  • Collaborate with inventory management and demand planning for accurate stock levels and forecasting
  • Coordinate customer needs with internal support teams for top-notch customer service
  • Handle weekly sales reports and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Analyze business performance to unearth growth opportunities and provide visibility on current status
  • Offer analytic support and prep for all retailer range reviews
  • Ensure effective communication of Bondi Sands brand message to market and retail partners.
  • Provide detailed sales results per retailer, category, SKU, and promotional period to NBN and GM Sales APAC.
  • Advise Brand/Marketing team on trade marketing plans to align with overall Marketing campaigns.
  • Support team with shared admin tasks such as Retailer new line forms, promotional submissions, image requests, data entry, etc.
