About the role

What you will be doing

  • Recruitment of various roles including but not limited to IT development and general operations
  • Maintain HR systems and folders, enter and process data
  • Provide HR administrative support in various teams
  • Focus on employee relations, training and performance development
  • Direct on-boarding, internal changes & off-boarding, allowances, sales bonus letters, and general personnel management
  • Regular performance reviews
  • Generate all contracts of employment and internal employee letters
  • Give solutions to personnel issues
  • Manage internal and external activities

What you need

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferably in information technology firms
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working with stakeholders and internal/external recruiters
  • Familiarity with software packages such as MS Office, MYOB, Xero
  • Ability to work independently but also an eager team member
