About the Role:
We currently have a great opportunity for an Analyst to join the Markets Client Servicing & Collateral Team within Derivative Operations, Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB).
Derivative Operations is committed to providing transaction life-cycle management solutions that support the tactical and strategic aims of our customers, business stakeholders and the broader bank.
The team deals with a large number of stakeholders and performs a business-critical role for the bank and as such we are a fast-paced, detail oriented and results focussed team which makes the environment diverse and energetic.
The teams provide oversight over the daily workflow of Derivative Confirmations, Collateral Management and Client Reporting on behalf of nab globally and BNZ plus involvement with the Non-Centrally Cleared Derivatives project.
The nature of the work can include but is not limited to; trade lifecycle management, margin call processing, portfolio reconciliation and ongoing support to Sales and Trading Desks as well as acting as first line of support for our customers.
The purpose of the Associate role is to lead, check and authorise the work of a team.You will ensure that workflow is managed and dealt with in an efficient and effective manner (within agreed SLAs) and to best practice quality standards, along with coaching and motivating Team Members to achieve business outcomes and driving the team to success.
Involvement in various projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives is also a key part of the role.Experience and Skills:
