We have an exciting new role for a
People and Culture Administrator to support the existing pipeline of work; you will work with key stakeholders (payroll, Talent & Sourcing, IT, wider HR team) to ensure end to end processes are efficient and effective.


About the role:

  • Coordinate contractual change requests; utilise Page-Up for employee changes / letters.
  • Generates HR documentation and assist with employee payroll queries.
  • Assist leaders with onboarding of new employees and coordination of Induction.
  • Maintain organisational charts with DTI resource/tool, and develop and maintain the DTI Workforce Plan with HR BP.
  • Maintains HR Express HRM system data and ensure organisation structure is relevant and leaders are correct throughout project transfers process.
  • Coach and support site administrators to manage the data entry of compliance training for the business/projects.
  • Investigate and examine issues of employee conflict and disputes.
  • Assist HR BP and leaders to manage HR calendar events / requirements.
  • Assist HR BP and leaders to roll out the DTI Performance Development Review process and ensure the team complete within required timeframe.

About you:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2 + years' experience in a similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs.
  • High attention to detail and effective time management/ organisational skills;
  • Be able to interact with senior management, other DTI employees, professional organizations and external providers in a professional and courteous manner whilst working within a demanding, fast pace environment.
  • Initiative, motivated, selfdriven and Team Focused;
  • Able to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense.
