The business represents and provides a full solution and turnkey outcome for Automatic Doors, Gates, Roller Shutters, and Turnstile services in the Industrial and Commercial industry.


POSITION
A Service Manager position has now become available due to recent growth in the business.

  • Provide daily leadership to the delivery team, which includes Field Technicians and Work Coordinator/Scheduler.
  • Ensure work requests are scheduled and completed promptly.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and participate in regular meetings with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Foster a safe and efficient team environment with a strong focus on workplace health and safety (WHS).
  • Ensure timely delivery within expected time frames and allocated budget.
  • Monitor and analyse service metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and effective budget management.
  • Coordinate and align service delivery with overall business objectives by collaborating with other departments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

  • 2 + years experience working in the field as a technician within automatic doors, and/or automatic gate industry.
  • 2 + years management experience.
  • Driver's License
  • Police Check/ Criminal History Check
