The Position Details:
- Function as an IT Service Manager, in charge of supervising service desk operations and incident lifecycle stages following ITIL processes.
- Take the lead in devising and executing service management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Employ the SNOW (ServiceNow) platform for incident management, service request fulfillment, and IT service management tasks.
- Engage with both internal and external partners to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and sustain customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate comprehension of SIAM (Service Integration and Management) principles to enhance coordination and cooperation among various service providers.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrated track record as an IT Service Manager with expertise in service desk management, incident lifecycle stages, and ITIL processes.
- Proficient in utilizing the SNOW (ServiceNow) platform for IT service management and incident handling.
- Possession of ITIL 4 certifications and a solid grasp of ITIL framework and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, along with effective collaboration skills with internal and external counterparts.
- Analytical thinking with proficient problem-solving skills, capable of driving continuous enhancement efforts.
- Willingness to work from Brisbane, Sydney, or Canberra, depending on operational needs.
- This position entails a 12-month contract.
