The Integration platform is primarily based on SOA/BPM integration providing runtime governance, integration, mediation, and orchestration services, human workflow services and logging services.


You will also represent the business in all aspects of IT Service Management Delivery & Operations, ensuring system reliability and minimising impacts of planned and unplanned outages.

You will ensure the efficacy of change and minimising risk through compliance to service management.

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the service roadmap
  • Conduct release planning and demand management for business systems
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks that may impact portfolio of services including team user access reviews and managing patching
  • Manage service delivery expectations and performance with business stakeholders
  • Monitoring, reporting and governance of service delivery metrics; overall performance and effectiveness against SLAs and KPI's.
Your skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science or equivalent certification
  • Strong knowledge of service management/ITIL processes
  • Previous Experience with Tools
  • IBM Business Process Management (BPM), SOA based Integration Platform and IBM technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to perform within a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of design & architecture principles
  • Experience and knowledge of Integration technologies
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation and with external suppliers

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Banking Industry and Products
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework-Sidekick
