In this role, you'll:

Bring your experience in Facilities and Services to our Asset and Workplace Services team in our Transport Shared Services branch, Corporate Services Division.

Be responsible for achieving a superior provision of facility management services and ensuring the full suite of facility management services are delivered.

Required to drive and review the efficient delivery of all contracted Facilities Management services by our outsourced providers.

This is a permanent fulltime position based in our Burwood office 2-3 days a week in a hybrid working model.

For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description About you Extensive experience in optimising and delivering Facility Management services, continuous improvement, across large, complex and geographically dispersed Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing, customer centric teams, in collaboration with outsourced service providers, including providing feedback, management of performance, coaching/mentoring.

Significant technical experience, sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) for essential services and safety, and knowledge of emergency procedures for low and high-rise buildings.
