Job Description
This role involves promoting, developing, and coordinating a diverse portfolio to customers and key decision-makers to maximize market share. The Territory Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth in the turf and ornamental territory by executing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, segmenting markets, and utilizing digital tools.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious sales professional with experience in sales and relationship building, particularly in agronomy, horticulture, turf, landscaping, parks, and gardens. The ideal candidate should be skilled at acquiring new business, nurturing long-term relationships, using databases for identifying opportunities, and reporting results via CRM systems. Regular communication with agents and distributors is essential for providing support, presenting value propositions, and differentiating our products.
What's on Offer
- Base Salary: $100,000 to $110,000
- Car Allowance: $20,000 (or company car)
- Bonus: 15%
- Super: 12%
